Horses Are Like Dustbunnies

Once you get the first one, they just keep attracting more. There's a scientific principle to that which also explains the formation of the stars, planets and the entire universe- so yeah, this horse was meant to be.

Meet the second rescue to our herd: Nyima Opame, which loosely translates from Tibetan as "Sun of Infinite Light". She's a 4 year old Oldenburg with *something* wrong with her left eye. Is it glaucoma? Is it an infection? The vet's checked her out and well....we're off to a specialist. Time and lots of $$$ will tell.

For now, she and her herd-sister Pema, are moving to a nicer place than where I currently live and she gets to extend her break from training in Ramona wine country. Lucky girls, we all!

As for me, I continue these revisions, working diligently for the day when publication happens!
